Poor Service Delivery

Worst services ever at Anat Kenilworth Centre today. After a long days work, Why does NAZLEY feel its okay to give me attitude behind her mask when I politely asked 1 minute after my husband placed a order to just change the order from beef to lamb? I actually looked if they started on our order and they didnt after which I rushed back to NAZLEY and asked her if I could change my order from beef to lamb, more money for Anat btw, but yet she tried so hard not to roll her eyes bt I saw her attitude for sure and then she tells me its a long process to reverse it and mind you no one is behind me waiting for a order but she felt the need to tell me the process is long and at that point I told her to leave it its okay and then she said am I sure?... Am I sure I dont want attitude and excuses? Yes Im sure NAZLEY... Anat lost a loyal customer today, Im sorry, dont put people like that in Frontline
