PATHETIC SERVICE

we(me & my colleague) ordered 2 double cheese burger without the chips. we were billed for the price of 2 double cheese burgers, we were then told to pay extra for the cheese which we already paid for! the stuff service along with their manager is really pathetic and appalling pity we couldn't get their names as the name tags were hidden by their aprons. We had already waited at least for 30 minutes for us to be told that we need to pay extra. There was no apology from the two ladies as well. We were really disappointed by the service today....they have lost one loyal client today
