Horrible management

I was at anat in mall of Africa and the boss there is very rude to staff… he’s very disrespectful towards them and swears … these are our fellow brothers and sisters that we talking about,he can not speak to people like that!!! We might as well not shop there ifs that’s the case cause the staff is very friendly and happy when he is not around but when he’s around they all edgy cause he shouts and doesn’t have a good manner of approach towards them nor respect our presence as customers before shouting… I’m so saddened by this he needs to be called to order or the store must shut down
