Deteriorating Service at Anat :(

I love Anat so much but the fries at the Clearwater branch have been so bad as of late. On two separate occasions I have had to ask for a second batch, neither of which came out any better. The fries taste old and have those dark areas that one simply wishes not to consume.

Today I raised the issue with one of the staff members to which he responded that the potatoes they have been receiving have not been good as this is not their season. I mean seriously, is that the kind of answer one can give to a regular customer that chooses to use his hard earned cash to support the store? I had to drive to a far away Steers for fries in order to recreate the combo I had originally desired.

I'm not one to complain about bad service and would usually opt to distance myself from the poor service franchise. But I just love Anat so much, it's disappointing to watch their service deteriorate like this :(
