Bad management and food

<p>I went to anat in canal walk, and never had any problems with them, so when me and my husband sat down to eat we noticed the bread was stale, the taste and smell of bread after it expires but before it gets mold. So assuming that they would make us a new swarma, and not wanting to wast food, we decided to eat the insides and just tell them about the old bread, we can do with skipping the bread. So after we ate we caught the manager on his way out as the staff members pretended they do not understand the words, can we see the manager please. We told him about the stale swarma expecting a, I'm so sorry, thank you for telling me, it's not like we came demanding a refund or new swarma. He immediately fires off that there is something wrong with our tastes, and we are lying, he will show us the packaging, the rudest guy I have met, so this now to me escalated from a casual oops to a full Internet rant because of bad management. I hope Anat reads this and fires that horrible man, there's so many deserving people who actually knows the first thing about management, it's not the customer that is wrong, they wouldn't complain if it was them, so now I will never support canal walk branch again. Its not like their food is up to anat standard anyway. It was the fat bold white manager, if you ever see him, please be rude to him, he sucks. </p>
