Bad customer service at Anat Monte Casino

I has the worst experience at Anat Monte Casino, I ordered my meal then sat down at the food court and had the food brought to our table, I then stood up to go buy chips from them, the manager was there, they served customers who came after me while I waited. When I raised this issue she refused to apologize and gave me attitude, I ended up canceling my order and she didn't care to apologize again. When I asked for the manager she pointed at numbers and told me to call the manager, I think she's the manager, her name is Thembi.
