Bad customer service

I went to Anat at Clearwater mall, I stood a good 10 minutes, while the employees just kept walking around looking at me, when they finally attended me the guy at the cashier said "we busy" I then ordered a shawarma my eggplant was burnt and the lamb was very dry..
