ANAT... REALLY??

Had to cancel food orders at the Sandton City store as I was being given crumb chips and dry beef for "PLENTY"products despite me pointing it out that I was being given leftover burnt chip crumbs. The gentleman still went ahead - prepared and gave me the product despite my complain. Upon cancelling, I was told company uses different meat, chicken and chips for the "PLENTY" . I'm shocked and disappointed as along with my colleagues are "regular" consumers at this particular outlet. As much as I feel like its a joke ....Im disgusted(at the thought and possibility that the other beef and chicken and chips/potatoes might be of inferior standards or even from the previous day!) because I pay the same hard-earned money as i would for the shwarma, wrap, falafel and chips that I consume from your store.

I'd like to think believe is not based on the target market -if there's a particular one indeed?
