Anat Canal Walk branch bad experience

Hi I just would like to share my bad experience I had at Anat century city, We bought 5 of the "chicken plenty for" wraps and the assistant making them did not even bother to warm the wraps, she put 3 wraps on the press at a time so only a small part of the wrap was warmed and did not even bother to rotate. (Imagine what eating a cold piece of rolled up dough taste like) when she started to make them up I mentioned that the 1 wrap had 2 single hotchips and the othe had 1 chip in it, she "Told me she will make it up and put extra chips in the other 3 wraps" She then proceeded to make the 3 wraps on her arm at the same time so only a quarter of each wrap had fillings and sauce in it as the wraps were overlapped on her arm..This was definitely one of my family worse experience eating out and I tried getting the contact details on the till slip but it was not provided so I could relay my experience to the manager/oowner.
