Zero customer service

I have a very bad experience with Ampath. My daughter had some blood tests done by Ampath. Ampath submitted the bill to my medical who paid the bill from my savings. Ampath then communicated to my medical saying there had been duplications please reverse the payment. They then months later tried to resubmit the bill but by then my saving had been deleted. Suddenley I then owed the money. I queried this with Ampath & my medical aid. We had a 3 way conversation & Ampath & my medical aid were going to sort it out between them & revert to me. They never came back to me at all, instead other accounts people contacted me & I advised them of the situation. Then without consulting me they handed me over to a debt collection company who then added another R400 to my amount outstanding. Never want to deal with them again. Careful of Ampath
