I spent less than 30 minutes at Lancet for a similar scenario and the service there was exceptional. I THE CUSTOMER, SPENT MY MONEY, MY TIME AND A MILLION AND ONE PHONE CALLS FOR YOUR OWN MISHAP. YOUR BILL WAS PAID BY NO EFFORT FROM YOUR OFFICE BY THE WAY.
