You have lost a customer.

After the 24 May 2024 I will no longer make use of Ampath blood services. On the 23rd May 2024 I received a call from Vericred advising me my account has been handed over. Wow what a surprise because since I received a call from Ampath I made consistent payments into their account but they handed me over. Please note that I have received a statement from Ampath on the 21 May 2024 with an update statement with a value of R711.10 and I already made a payment of R100 on the 20th like I always do. The statement I received from Vericred was different and like I explained to Vericred I will only pay what is outstanding at Ampath and not a cent more because in the first place I religiously make payment now you handed the account over and expect me to pay additional charges which I will not be paying Ampath will have to settle that extra amount with Vericred. I do not appreciate the communication and letters I have received from Vericred credit for no reason. If you are going to hand over an account please make sure that you supply the people with facts so that they don't send me threatening emails that misjudged my character telling me that I am a reluctant payer and they will not tolerate is this the kind of email you want your loyal customers to get. Even if I have accounts go check over the years you have never had a problem with me paying an account and this is one thing I do not appreciate. I am not a bad payer and I will not be painted with that brush that's a definition of character especially if I have proof that I haven't missed one payment and I pay the same time every month. I will not accept being humiliated like this. Ampath sent me an email saying that the charges incurred cost for collection attempts. What collection attempts when I have been paying into the account they called me once and got hold of me. Please stop tumb sucking before I take this to the Ombudsman.
