Wrong Billing Ampath

I got a huge complain with Ampath. When going to hospital or need to take blood Drs always prefer them . Last year September 2018 My kids were admitted at Hospital and Ampath took blood and I made payments this year AMarch 2019 I receive sms that my account have been handed over to cretitors for failing to pay them I then called them Ampath to get clarity only to find out they made error and used my husband id no as ref instead of mine I send the proof of payments that the money was paid and my id is ref as my husband is dependant on the medical Aid .they said they will look in to the matter I must send proof of payments again which I did till to day they continue to send bill to my husband and threatened to blacklist him I continue to engage them and they are rude and even hang up the phone and got send emails to the complaints Department were I don't get help and told I can only communicate with them via email of which they are also not helping because their respond is saying they will take the matter to the relevant department where my husband name is being tarnished for nothing because of the incompetence of Ampath that come to me 6 months down the line to tell me about a bill

Ampath is doing wrong billing and are *********** and wants to destroy and blacklist for no reason.

kindly assist in this matter and to talk to someone who knows their Job.
