Worst service provider
Ampath gave me the worst experience after my medical could not cover a certain portion and i was threatened to be take to lawyers without trying to atleast sort it out with me first

Typically customers are advised when there is a portion of the pathology test cost that the medical aid isn't covering. We will escalate this now to the relevant team for investigation and further support.
