Worst service!

I have asked more than one consultant to assist me with the necessary details to assist me with me paying my account. No-one assisted me, and now I got a message that I was handed over for collection. Your service is horrible! I need a Verishare number or code to make a payment. This seems to be a new feature on my internet banking app, and I cannot pay without that. Pleas f'n help me!
