Worst Customer / Accounting Service

Worst service ever!!!

For a week now they can’t seem to get a statement correct.

Payment has been allocated on the wrong name on wrong invoice.

I spoke to them numerous times to rectify.

Keep on receiving wrong invoices and also wrong statements and I am getting fed up now!

Can a manager contact me to rectify this issue as my patience has run out.
