WORST ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT EVER
WORST ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT EVER Since April 2022 they have been sms and phoning us to pay certain bills, "according to the medical aid did not pay for it" so we did make payments. Even received phone calls from lawyers that they have garnished us for the money. Yesterday we received a statement from them and all the invoices they asked us to pay, the medical aid did pay. So now Ampath owes us R4000+, and our account is in credit with them. But still receiving sms, stating we are behind on payments.
