Work ethic

While receiving excellent service at Midvaal hospital, we were sent to Ampath (Three Rivers) to get blood tests done. Only one person was on duty while trying to find the name of some sort of allergy test for 20 min. No one even attended to us or informed us that they will be with us in a short while. Only after walking out they wanted to try and speak to us.

I feel this is very unprofessional and should be looked into.
