Why do I get invoiced for your incompetence?

Each time I go for blood tests, Ampath uses the incorrect codes for my medical aid.<br> This causes that their claim comes off my medical savings account instead of the oncology account.<br> <br> Now they are sending me invoice because they do not use the ICD C18.9 oncology code when they submit the claim.<br> They prefer to use Z01.7 in stead of the C18.9 ICD codes.<br> <br> Now I have to pay for their incompetence.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable,
