Very rude, very unprofessional, very incomptent- rather use Lancet if you can.

Their accounts department is useless! When they call you about an amount you have, you ask them to send the invoice and they don't! Then they send your case to debt collectors and when you explain that you have not recieved the statement, you are met with a very rude call centre agent who tells you "oh well you have to pay them (the debt collectors) even if you pay us"
