Very poor service from Ampath Accounts Department!

I have paid my account of R 685.00 on 3 October 2019. I was continually bothered about proof of payment which was sent with my bank statement from Standard Bank, where the amount of R 685.00 and the date was clearly marked! I repeated this 3 or 4 times but Ampath persisted bothering me. I got fed up with that nonsense and wrote to them to stop bothering me which obviously was ignored.
