very helpful and efficient

on monday the 23rd of febraury 2015 i walked into ampath labs in netcare waterfall city hospital and was helped by Carol who was very friendly and was very kind and gentle and patient with all my questions. she was quick and efficient and had a way of making everything seem calm. i would like to take this opportunity to thank Carol for her kind assistance and wish more people will be like her
