very bad experience at AMPATH Mulbarton Hospital

On the 6th of Feb 2023 i was sent for blood tests by my oncologist he used LANCET lab blood forms and I have always used AMPATH my GP has to use the KEYCARE blood forms from Discovery. so when I went to AMPATH at Mulbarton Hospital for the tests i was told by the lady at the reception that I was in the wrong place I must go the LANCET. I then tried to explain that I always use AMPATH and just wanted the information transferred from the LANCET form to the AMPATH form using the KEYCARE form from Discovery, she then told here collogue that I was saying she was stupid and refused to serve me, the other gentleman then said that he had to rush off to casualty and would attend too me when he returned. I sat and waited a while as requested, then got up and went to LANCET labs across the forecourt. What a difference they understood exactly what I required an I was in and out in 5 minutes what a difference. i will NEVER go back to AMPATH again.
