Very bad customer service at Ampath Thabazimbi,PATHETIC!

I went to Ampath Thabazimbi last week Monday and we were welcomed by this angry lady, probably we made her angry the way we were ringing the bell, She was furious and I asked her if she’s angry though we all saw that she was,she couldn’t even realised her mistake. She kept doing her own things until she finally attended to us. Today again,I went back and found the very same angry lady who doesn’t know the meaning of humanity,she’s very angry to be the face of the Lab,too angry to help the clients, She’s also very impatient, for years I’ve been visiting Ampath Thabazimbi I’ve never experienced such the worst service, May somebody remind that lady that Black people are also human beings and deserve more than respect itself, That department is meant for people who she doesn’t know what they’re going through in their lives so she needs to humble herself and provide exceptional customer experience,respect all peoples,love her job and honour it. Otherwise she must go home where she’ll bully her pets and take out her frustrations to her family not to the clients. Enough!
