Useless, ***********, unreliable staff and system

*********** staff and debtors system,pathetic and utterly useless. I have received accounts thats outstanding (which some has already been paid and others prescribed already) NOT ONLY AM I GETTING NO ASSISTANCE FROM THEM, THE COMPANY THEY USE FOR COLLECTIONS VERICRED IS MORE USELESS THAN THEY ARE. Roan Ferreira is not the right person to deal with yet no one else in this company seems competent. Quick to hand you over to an even more useless company but they have no proper systems or staff in place. Useless does not begin to describe AMPATH and Vericred.
