Unsympathetic
Ampath Faerie Glen Medical Centre
The nurse working there this afternoon was so inconsiderate and unsympathetic towards our father that went to draw bloods. I believe that if you take up the profession as nurse you need to have the correct personality, which is caring, nurturing, sympathetic and kind. My dad asked her to please not draw blood from his hand because it's so painful, but she just said no and proceeded on the hand. No compassion whatsoever and also no sympathy towards the patient. He is so scared of needles, thanks for making it so much worse.
