Attention the general manager Unprofessional of ********* conduct It appears that your system is in total shambles. This suspicion is confirmed by your latest emails requesting information they should have on their system. Apart from SMS threats on my mobile demanding payment into a certain bank account, I have not received any statements! All my attempts to get a statement from AMPATH were futile. Only from my Discovery statement I deduced that I owe you money and made a payment to that effect in April. To date this payment has not been acknowledged instead, I received the following SMS:“Your AMPATH account was handed over for collection. Contact VERICRED on *** to make arrangements. ***” I will make no further payments until I get a formal AMPATH statement confirming my debt and payments received. Unless your debt collector stops their threatening insulting calls attempting to ****** money, I will have no option to take the matter further. I am a 80 year old incapacitated pensioner having been in good standing with AMPATH for more than 50 years. It is a absolute disgrace how I am treated by AMPATH.
