Unprofessional Accounting practices by some medical suppliers

The practice of sending SMSs demanding payment by some medical service providers is most frustrating particularly to medical aid members. These SMSs never provide enough information acceptable to a medical aid. Particularly AMPATH and LANCET are very guilty of this practice and it is virtually impossible to get medical aid statements out of them as the contact information supp**** on the SMSs generally does not work. SMSs demands for payment without complete substantiation, amounts to ******ion. To counteract this unprofessional practice, I will be compelled to file a ******** complaint with the SAP using the SMS as evidence. Frustrated medical aid member
