Unjustified rates and very poor service

<p>On the 27 march 2017 i thook my son to Dr. Kana who sent us to do test at Ampath, on our arrival, i was told that an amount tht i need to pay is R1177.10, which i paid using my Debit card. To my surprise, a month later i received a statement asking me to pay R985.50 more that what i had already paid. I called Ampath immediately and i was told that i should wait 24 hours for them to investigate and they would give me a call. I waited for the 24 hours and no one called. Today i received another letter, stating the same thing and when i called they guy was rude and he put the phone down on my ear. i want to make it clear that, this is my hard earned money and they will not receive a cent out of me and if this means that i should take it higher and to the media, let them try me. What Ampath is doing if ***** and i will make sure that everyone is aware of their stupid way of milking money out of people. This is not the first time that this has happened and this time i want them to explain to me, why this was not explained to me in the first instance.</p>
