Unhappy customer

Amphat accounts people they need get serious training to understand accounts, I have been pasttered till today for an amount outanding of R717. O0 which the medical aid has clearly stated that I am not liable and have sent them statement thereof which clearly indicates this. Now they are threatening hand over. They have lack of customer service period. One of their Values is "integrity guides us" they dismally lack it
