Unfairly affecting my credit profile

I keep getting messages and calls from Ampath about money I owe them and have asked them multiple times to email me an invoice/statement or anything really and they can't be bothered.

In what reality does a person pay money to random callers just because they say you owe them money. You need to show me where this debt comes from because I have no recollection of it and I'm not going to hand over my hard earned money to random strangers - just think about that, it sounds like a ****!

So before you try to hand me over and dirty my credit record for no reason, tell me what it is I owe and what it is for. I want dates, addresses, doctor details etc If you try to hand me over without having given me these details then you are unfairly affecting my financial status and I must go to the Credit Ombud about it.

The debt is apparently on my Mom's name (Kathleen van Zyl) and she has not been in the country for over 7 years.
