Unfair charges

After 4 months post my treatment I received a notification that I owe Dr Dubisons money for blood work out during my stay in hospital. The bill was settled long time by my employer I querry the matter through NICC because they threatened me that my name will be handed over. I provided with all proof of payments but until today the matter hasn't been solved
