In August 2019 I was in hospital, in June 2020 I get a call from VERICRED Collections that my medical aid didn't pay and I've been handed over. Now I'm forced to pay for things I had no knowledge of, communication I didn't receive and counseling I wasn't aware of, more than 1 year later. AMPATH is pathetic with communication!
