Unathorised services

I have made some blood test through AMPATH in Aug 2014<br> The following were requested on the form: RPR, HIV,PAP SMEAR and AMPATH went and perform more test without consulting me or the Doctor.<br> The test that were conducted were not requested and they are of no use, my medical aid refuse to pay since this was not requested at the binging and now Ampath wan me to pay for those test which I do not need.<br> My question is that why should the lab do test that were not requested and expected the client to pay for something that they do not require,<br> If it was critical for them and linked why is medical aid refusing to pay cause according to them , based on the test it was critical for them to do those test
