Trust worthy can't find my covid result

We went to the drive thru at Benmore gardens to do a covid 19 test on the 3rd July , until now the 8th we haven't received any sms or email of the results, we called 3 times today they couldn't find my results we went back to them they gaved us a number to call but still not helpful they keep saying will call me back ! We paid extra R500 because we were not referred by a doctor so it R850 + R500 . I supposed these guys took the money for their own pocket and didn't send my test! What a *******! Trust worthy! Please don't go to ampath for test
