Total disregard for clients and the law!
Looks to me you guys don't care about breaking the POPI law. Last week I was informed I will be contacted in about 2 say as the fault was on your side.
Week later no call back or apology you just keep sending me an invoice.
Monday morning I'm reporting you to the Information Regulator!!
