Too lazy to get Auth from hospital

This is a national problem. Doctor requests tests for a hospital patient from Ampath. Ampath sends an invoice for payment to the patient. According to the hospital case manager, they must get the medical Aid Auth number from the hospital to claim from the patient's medical aid hospital benefit. <br> <br> I even took the time to call Ampath myself and give them the Auth numbers but they still send me the invoices and SMSs to pay. Happened to me at 2 different hospitals. Ampath, this is a disgrace - you are wasting my time, next time, we'll be using Lancet.
