Threats sended to customers are unneccesary

Ampath is sending out threatening emails , sms ,etc to customers for accounts not paid by them or medical aid , when its already been paid , i dont know if this is regards to staff they employ which is a problem or a *****ualent activity created .we have been sending evidence since November 2022 untill now for a paid bill .they still give out threats .
