Threatening smses

Ampath ALWAYS threaten to hand over within 7 days, but they never send me an account. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Every time I complain that they should just email me an account and then I will pay. But No they only send threatening smses and you have to phone them at your expense! So then I phone and get treated like ****. Maybe send Nico Naidoo for some in service training on how to handle clients. After this conversation I definitely do not feel eager to pay! I still did not receive an account after spelling out my email to him! Maybe change your SOP to phone and inform patients about accounts in a decent manner.
