This morning on advice of the branch were my bloods were done last week I phoned in to the Centurion center , as the most basic test were not available on the App The Switch board operator, Joanne answered rhe phone , and started asking me questions regarding my private medical background ,not only this, she did in a way , that would make think she is busy with her child at home When I stopped answering, and asked who am I speaking to , she identified herself, and when I again asked to be transferred to the relevant department, she went of on me , because I noted I am not going to give her my information and I asked if she was aware of rhe POPIA act , she then dropped the phone in my ear Now if the Switch board operator at your facility is prevalent to Confidential client information, then this matter needs to be referred for further evaluation
