Terribly rude personnel

My daughter was sent to Ampath in Tshepo Themba by her doctor for some tests on the 7th May 2025, she called me in tears because of one of your employees. She claimed that there were no funds in our medical aid and refused to listen to my her when she tries to explain that we do in fact have funds in our extended day to day. I called them and the lady I spoke to (Palesa Kgang) was extremely rude, talking over me, I had to ask her to stop talking and listen to me. We ultimately paid cash for the tests, which is not a issue as we'll claim back from the medical aid but she needs to fix her attitude as this is not the first time I got such an attitude from her. She was also rude to my 70 year old mum, I gave her grace and thought she's probably having a bad day but she's repeating the same attitude, clearly she's just a rude an impolite person. She's also rude to her colleagues, who I must say were great. That Palesa person needs to fix her attitude, she's not doing us a favour by doing her job we are paying for the service after all.
