TERRIBLE TREATMENT AT AMPATH FAUNAPARK

I went to Ampath (Du Preez Str, Faunapark Polokwane) today with my online application to be assisted, this white boy with attitude called Ryno came to us and asked do we have a care we said no, he then asked with sass we still said no, we showed him the reference number and he told us to go to Grobler Str branch as they do not do online applications, and this is my 4th test with the branch and have been helping us with references, I asked why and he said because they’re too busy and Grobler is faster. I was so devastated, I even went to an extent of calling Ampath helpline to lodge a complaint. The manager there was asked to assist us and she was just as bad as Ryno with attitude, talking about how we should wait until 11am if we want to be assured with online references, and the people in the queue were also complaining about how the people at that branch are focused on WHITE PEOPLE and not us BLACKS who are pedestrians. They would smile with whites at the cars and help them fill forms while black people have no same treatment. I never wanted to complain but This pushed me to the extreme end! Ampath Du Preez Street Faunapark is the most terrible! And all of the above is nothing but only today’s experience, there’s more!!!!!!!!
