Terrible Service at Ampath Morningside Clinic

Ampath - Morningside Clinic. The two ladies were so rude. I was the only person there to have blood tests and yet they took their time. I have never felt pain or bled or bruised whenever I had blood tests taken. This time - the needle insertion hurt, I was bleeding from the needle and I had so much bruising and pain on my arm after they took blood. It took over a week for the bruising to fade. I have never had such an unpleasant experience when I had blood taken. The person that took my blood was not very nice, she was unfriendly, dismissive and condescending. She really needs guidance on customer relations.
