Tanya Grayson from ampath is a very rude woman

An agent named Tanya Grayson had called my sister who was an alternative number for me my sister provided her with a number to call me for money collection , she was so rude she said "oh well I guarantee you she will not answer" before I even knew they called my sister I answered and I had the necessary conversation, I am not a *****ster I don't hide I work in a financial institution myself and I was unaware of this bill as I had a blood test in an emergency. How can she say I will guarantee? Guarantee what ? So now she's given guarantee and I did answer so now what happens ? How does she have the right to speak so rudely yes it's money collections how could she assume she's speaking to? how can you label someone as trash before you even speak to them ??????
