Take too few vials. Tell me to come back and nobody is there to re-draw blood

Are you not supposed to be a 24 hour service provider?? Firstly you take too few vials of my blood today, call me back hours later telling me you need one more vial and I must come back. So I do go back. And guess what. Nobody is here. I need to get 2 injections after my blood tests. But the pharmacy closes soon. So thanks to your stuff ups, I can't get the treatment that I need and that I PAY a lot for. I'm really upset by this nonsense. Then you wonder why I always prefer Lancet. Much better service than you will ever give me at Ampath Wilgeheuwel hospital.
