Suspected ****

I have received an SMS stating an account is in arrears and has been handed over to VeriCred collections. No one can tell me what the account is for and I am aware of ***** and ****s happening. I have not been to hospital for any medical reasons so where does this account come from.

I would like some assistance as I have been sent from one department to the next trying to get clarity on what is happening.
