Suspecious account

Good day. It seems that we have an outstanding account with you from 2019.We received no account in the mail or email. People have called me and told me that the account was behind and I have asked on numerous occasions please email me the account. It was not done. We have send four emails last year requesting an account with no success. My husband received an sms with an amount 3 times more that the orginal when they called me. I dont know if this is a **** or not and would like to settle the account if it is outstanding. But I will not pay intrest on that account I have the proof on email requesting the account so that I can pay it. Please do not refer me to vericredit because there are a lot of *********** people working there Im not interest in speaking with them.
