Im highly disappointed on how your staff treats people there at die Wilgers Ampath. After waiting for almost more than half an hour and seeing two people coming in AFTER me and getting assisted before me I decided to ask what the delay is and with a barely proper response and realizing my form is just laying on the table without even being worked on they are telling me they are still busy with a quotation? How can Ampath at Eugene Marais give a quote in less than 3 minutes but at Die Wilgers they assist people coming in after you, treats you like they don't want to give you assistance and when you start getting frustrated as any normal person would based on the service I received they want to be rude towards you and when I asked for my form back they did not even apologize, gave it back rudely without saying anything. When my husband asked for details so we can report what happended they refused to give us any contact information. I'm not leaving this here as I had to do specific blood test today and because of poor service I will not be able to do the blood tests today because I won't make it in time to go to a PROPER PROFESSIONAL Ampath where the staff has respect and doesn't just sit there and talk with each other and not even working. Rather close the laboratory at Die Wilgers earlier if the staff is anyway just sitting and doing nothing.
