Shocking accounts department

Ampath must have the worst accounts department that I have ever dealt with in my life. No-one there knows what is happening and their lead time in responding to queries is so long that it takes forever to solve anything.

They have multiple accounts open for me - one with a credit balance as they over charged me and one with a debit balance waiting for medical aid to pay. They are unable to pay me the amount that they owe me on the one account whilst there is an outstanding balance on the other account and they are also unable to provide a reference number for the medical aid claim. For all I know they have not even submitted that claim.
