Shame On Ampath Dr Nico Nel and Amy Maharaj Area Nursing Service Manager

I went to Ampath Heidelberg Branch on the 17/10/2018. I arranged for my daughter's blood to be drawn for tacrolimus level Fbc and other bloods. unfortunately i was already told by this woman by the name of Drieki Lewis that the other sister did me a favour by waking up early to take my daughter's bloods. when i went there to verify if it was in their work scope to be called and arrange for the bloods to be taken early. when i got there to my surprise it was the same woman who gave me hell the first time i got there to such an extent that i had to call my daughter's Cardio thoracic surgeon to speak to her. i logged a complain with Ampath head office where a gentleman by the name of Dr Nico Nel promised to resolve this issue. Today exactly 55 days after my complain i am told the employee has been disciplined and they hope this meets my expectations. Had i not sent them an email would i know what has transpired? I don't think so. I want people to know how pathetic Apath is when coming to this sort of issues. I am certain that this has got to do with race. The First lady that they say is the area manager or something Amy Maharaj came very defensive and today their supposedly big boss is coming out defensive as well . the issue remains unresolved.It is a big shame on them such that i am thinking of contacting Television stations to air this on their television.
